The CARES (Community Alliance for Restorative, Educational, and Social) Justice Institute Incorporated is a collaborating agency addressing historical and systemic injustices by creating a research and developmental based space of mutual trust, accountability, respect, and transparency amongst those who write and implement policy and operating procedures within business, government, education, and social institutions that govern municipalities and impact community stakeholders. Furthermore, with intentionality, CARES aims to provide training, education, forums, strategies, campaigns, and solution oriented initiatives that will create a multicultural and multiethnic community value system of peace, equity, fair and just practices, equal opportunities, and evolving transformation; while challenging patterns of power that marginalize, oppress, underserve, and give any indications of racial privilege, biases, and/or prejudices in its procedures or processes. The organization will use marketing, public relations, digital media, special appearances, speaking engagements, town hall meetings, and a plethora of grass-root efforts, surrounding schools, Universities, and other institutions, to become a visible and viable asset and advocate. CARES will provide tools of empowerment for those experiencing and living with indicators that place them at the lower ends of the wealth quintile of America, focusing on racism and inequities against Blacks and other people of color. 

The CARES (Community Alliance for Restorative, Educational, and Social) Justice Institute Incorporated is an organized organism established and mobilized to campaign in an effort to bring healing and hope for every born people group, one city, one neighborhood, one family, one citizen at a time; from generation to generation; advocating against the “acts” of unfair practices, policies, and any demonstrations of civil rights violations, social and economic injustices, the criminal justice system, and racism against Blacks, minorities and other people of color. CARES will champion exemplifying synergy and a pattern that proves, “We Are GREATER TOGETHER!”
